The Lebanese American Foundation

The Lebanese American Foundation Inc. (LAF) is a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation established and organized under the laws and regulations of the State of California. LAF is structured as a non-profit entity that does not grant any special benefit or preference to any particular person or group. It is established for the public benefit and will be available for the public use.

1. LAFshall locate and purchase a physical structure, which shall be known as the House of Lebanon.
2. LAFshall operate and maintain the House of Lebanon and its Cultural Center.
3. LAFshall encompass persons of all the religions, all sects and denominations, who shall work together towards the same goals.
4. LAFshall serve as a networking facility for all members of our community
5. LAFshall strengthen ties with the American public life and shall act as a medium of communication.
6. LAFshall create an identity for all the scattered Lebanese Americans, their friends, and their community at large in California, enhancing a network of friendship, belonging and cooperation.
7. The Cultural Center shall be maintained to be the focal center for cultural and social activities in Southern California for all our people, and our American friends.
